Care Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Position: Part time, 20-30 hours per week. Working Hours: TBC We are recruiting for a new addition to Angel HR in the award-winning Care Division team. Your primary role will be recruiting new candidates for Healthcare roles in the London area. You will be working in a small but powerful team where maximum effort is required! You must have a calm manner with the ability to think fast. We require someone with confidence on the telephone. This department can be extremely busy and a confident, diligent manner on the telephone is needed at all times whether it be speaking to candidates or clients. Skills - Strong spelling and grammatical skills Organisation - Time keeping - Self motivated - Well presented and well spoken - Ability to keep calm and mediate a situation - Think positively Responsibilities - Recruiting new candidates for roles across London - Writing, posting adverts on job boards, holding recruitment days across London, sending out and reviewing applications - Interviewing candidates, DBS Checks, ensuring they are compliant before working - Providing help with the rostering system - Administration- adding clients to software systems, referencing - Bookings and Payroll - Providing cover in absence of a colleague - Primary recruiter for permanent vacancies Experience - Full training is provided however 6 months or more in a busy office environment is required and a recruitment and or a Healthcare background is a bonus.
