Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 Salary - £18,000pa Our client is looking for an experienced resourcing/admin coordinator to join them on a permanent basis at their offices in Huntingdon to assist with the hire of contract staffing. Reporting to the HR manager the duties will consist of the below: • Coordination and booking of contract staff to fulfil business requirements. • Liaising with a 3rd party staffing portal on a daily basis. • Carrying out pre-employment and screening checks. • Ensuring contract staff have the relevant qualifications needed to carry out their duties. • Obtaining relevant certificates. • Maintaining records to ensure information is up to date at all times. • Coordinating training for contract staff. • Produce and maintain ID cards. • Liaising with various departments on and off site via telephone and email. • Checking and updating staff trackers. • Updating excel spreadsheets daily, accurate data entry skills are essential. • General administration duties. • Other adhoc duties as required. Candidates must have previous experience and will have worked in a coordination role. Excellent communication skills are essential and candidates will also be advanced users in excel and other Microsoft packages
