We support NHS Trusts, PCT’s, local authority and private healthcare sector providers by supplying a variety of well trained, experienced and compliant workers into the right role for their skills and experience. We are presently looking to recruit a compliance administrator for our Sheffield branch on full time permanent basis. You will work with the compliance manager to ensure all our workers registration files are complaint, up to date and confidential. As part of the compliance team you will work directly with our candidates, ensuring they are treated with respect, fully informed and most importantly happy with their new role at Local Care Force. You will liaise with Department managers, ensuring that candidates are cleared for work as quickly as possible and priority candidates are fast tracked. The role: • Meeting candidates and explain application process • Ensuring the application is completed appropriately • Manage the registration and recruitment process for our candidates • Ensuring a candidate application / file is fully compliant in line with company policy. • Processing, copying and filing supporting documents (ID, training certificates, eligibility to work etc) • Completing DBS forms & supporting documentation • Obtaining & authenticating references • Booking training places and induction, appraisal appointments • Taking calls from / calling candidates throughout the application process • Data input of application details • Issuing the worker with ID badges, uniforms, handbooks. • Assist in the preparation of candidate profiles, correspondence and other documentation for forwarding to clients • General Administration duties (taking deliveries, shopping, stock room management) Essential requirements • Experience in administration • Experience in compliance or HR administration preferred • Confident and professional telephone manner. • Professional working knowledge of Microsoft products • Organised with excellent attention to detail. • Ability to work well under pressure. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
