Ashberry Recruitment are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their busy Social Care Team. You must be hard working, highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail. The role will include the following; To provide administrative and candidate focused support to the Social Care Team and DBS related support to the Sales Team as a whole. As Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for the following: Processing all DBS Applications Ensure all relevant and up to date documentation (including date and signature) is in place and appropriately recorded on our internal systems for all candidates, including work eligibility and a full reference history. Answer the telephone in a professional and courteous manor. Meet and greet clients and candidates visiting the office. •Advertise all Social Care vacancies as requested by Social Care Team in a timely manner across all mediums. This includes the compilation of advert wording and ensuring adverts are ‘refreshed’ or ‘removed’ as required. •Implement and maintain appropriate administrative systems/processes to consistently comply with the needs of the team – always with a view to providing a streamlined, efficient and thorough service, in-keeping with the requirements of the sector.
