One of our clients, a local Housing Association, based in the Paddington area is currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator Essential Requirements: •Previous experience in a recruitment role, either in-house or in an agency (minimum 2 years); •Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; •A professional telephone manner; •High attention to detail; •Previous experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Desirable to have used Cornerstone); •Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft packages; Before you apply please ask yourself: 1) Do you have 2 years or more recent experience in a recruitment role? 2) Do you have experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (please mention if you have used Cornerstone)? 3) What is the volume of vacancies you have dealt with in your recent role?
