A Recruitment Administrator is required to support a Recruitment Advisor within an internal recruitment department for a healthcare provider. This is a 6 month contract to permanent role. As a Recruitment Administrator some of the tasks you will be expected to do is:- * Liaise with candidates who have applied for jobs * Liaise with the hiring managers to take down job requirements * Send candidate applications and CV's through to the hiring managers * Arrange candidate interviews * Inform the hiring managers of interviews arranged * Send out rejection and offer letters and contracts * Complete all new starter details The ideal Recruitment Administrator will be rewarded with:- * Salary £23,700 based on experience * 20 Days Holiday Pay * Sick pay * Free Eye Test * Free lunch provided * 4% Pension scheme * Mileage payment for any visits to the care homes The ideal Recruitment Administrator will have:- * Experience as a recruitment administrator, either inhouse or agency * Able to manage expectations of the business * Manage 20+ vacancies at any one time For a confidential chat about this role, please do not hesitate in calling for further information.
