Amcor Resourcing are a recruitment organisation specialising in Railway Engineering and training. We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our South Shields based office. This is a newly created role, focusing on recruitment for training courses. *NEW POSITION AVAILABLE APPLY NOW* This is a fantastic opportunity to become established in a National and expanding business. Duties for the role will include: Handling inbound calls dealing with candidates inquiries Making outbound calls to register new applicants Scheduling interviews and appointments Assistance with the firm's social media to handle any new inquiries Recording, inputting and organizing data Keeping the firm's recruitment CRM system up to date Confident telephony experience is essential both inbound and outbound Call centre experience preferred but not essential Experience in managing a small team is desirable Permanent position Typical hours 9-5pm Monday to Friday with lunch breaks However must be flexible with working hours as shift patterns may vary during peak times Bonus scheme to be discussed after probationary period Salary is negotiable depending upon candidate experience Interviewing week commencing 31st July 2017 This is a great role for candidates who are passionate about recruitment, and looking to grow and develop.
