Recruitment Administrator Ipswich We are a rapidly expanding specialist Construction Recruitment Agency looking to hire a bright and ambitious Recruitment Administrator to provide support to our growing permanent division in central Ipswich. As Recruitment Administrator you will be required to provide all-round administrative support to a team of permanent Consultants including: • Database management, cleansing and development; • Conducting candidate screening calls to extract relevant information; • Chasing references; • Formatting CVs; • Attending internal and client meetings; • Working closely with our specialist Consultants to provide all-round support with candidate generation; • Advertising jobs and responding to applications; • Identifying quality construction candidates on CV search engines; • Looking at ways to increase our exposure on various social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Reviews.
