The role To arrange Interviews & carry out interviews To process all new starter paperwork To apply for DBS checks Check right to work for all applicants Apply for, chase and send out references Update all records for the training department Issue contracts, certificates and ID badges Entering new starter details onto the internal system Posting job adverts Weekly and monthly reports Updating policy and procedures Manage fleet of company cars Support branch managers Our ideal candidate for this position will have Good written and verbal communication skills Able to work under pressure Strong organisational skills Respect confidentiality Abide by legislation Ideally from a recruitment background A driving license is required for this role as it may include travel between our branches.
