JRL Group – Recruitment Administrator The JRL Group is a highly successful, privately owned, national construction group head quartered in North London. With a turnover of in excess of £360m, the business is currently experiencing growth, and as such seeks to strengthen our on-house recruitment team. As part of a well-established team the successful applicant will have a fantastic opportunity to develop their administration skills and proficiencies which will enhance their career prospects. Career progression within the group is a real possibility. Role & Responsibilities: • Manage and log incoming candidate calls • Log new Trades & Labour calls on the internal database • Reconcile timesheets • Assist with resourcing for internal roles • Support the Group Recruitment Manager with various tasks • Champion building the internal database • Manage and maintain the filing system and facilitate the transition onto the recruitment drive *Potential progression into an internal recruitment account manager for the right candidate. Office hours are 8am-6pm Additional criteria: - Fantastic communication and written skills - Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft office - From a recruitment or resourcing background beneficial but not compulsory - Must have an interest and knowledge of the Construction industry In return we offer an opportunity to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment where each day brings new challenges.
