Job Description

Are you an experienced and well-organised Recruitment Administrator who is looking to join a small, busy team? We currently have an opportunity for someone with great attention to detail to join a team based near Royston, Herts. You'll be responsible for supporting the team with a focus on coordinating lots of interviews and providing an excellent service to candidates. You'll work closely with in-house Recruiters, hiring teams across the business and external stakeholders. You'll be the primary contact for candidates during their interview process and ensure the smooth running of interview schedules. You'll also liaise daily with the many hiring managers involved in recruitment: scheduling interviews, gathering feedback and other candidate management tasks. You will enjoy playing a pivotal role, representing the Recruitment team and taking pride in delivering a high-quality administration and coordination function. You'll need to be a great communicator with plenty of enthusiasm and advanced multi-tasking skills. Excellent benefits and a competitive salary are on offer!
