247 Professional Health are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to work alongside our recruitment team in our Islington office. We specialise in the recruitment of nurses, healthcare assistants, adult and child support workers in both temporary and permanent placements. Our client base consists of mainly The NHS, Residential Homes, Care Homes, Rest Homes, Nursing Homes, EMI Care Homes, Hospitals, SEN Schools, Children’s Residential Services, Learning Disability Centres and Mental Health Centres. You will be working in a fast pace environment so you will be expected to do a variety of duties be it the main one resourcing candidates from various job boards, social media and careers fairs and then conducting interviews, as well as calling new clients to arrange sales appointments and maintaining the existing clients We need someone straight away, so please be ready to hit the ground running. You'll need to be an excellent communicator (verbal and written), highly organised, quick to learn new processes and able to multi-task due to the varied and fast-paced nature of this desk. We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic team player and looking for a potential career with an expanding company. Office hours 9.30am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Once you are trained and confident on booking shifts as part of the role you will be expected to do the out of hours 'on call’ service to cover shifts.
