Recruitment Administrator - £12-£14/hour – 6 months – Surrey We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our energetic and vibrant team. The successful Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for arranging interviews, posting job adverts, sending CV’s to hiring managers and other tasks. The Recruitment Administrator will be confident and friendly, as this role will entail liaising with candidates, agencies and line-managers alike. The ideal Recruitment Administrator will have experience with social media advertising and be IT literate. Principal Accountabilities: • Updating and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all candidates and managing applications • Pre-screening candidates, sending suitable applications to hiring managers. • Administrative tasks to include; co-ordinating and updating spreadsheet for temporary agency staff, checking and processing documents for pre-employment screening. • Organising interviews by sending confirmation letters, application forms and additional information needed to ensure all parties are prepared • Providing feedback to candidates following interviews and sending relevant correspondence • Create vacancies on the ATS for advertisement, uploading onto the relevant job boards to include LinkedIn. • Maintaining, developing and updating all relevant websites including social media sites For more information please contact Nathan Tedder at Clearwater People Solutions.
