This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join a thriving, successful and friendly team! Our client are a large training provider based in Derby. This role would suit a bubbly, people person who is very organised and a strong communicator. A multi-tasker who thrives in a busy environment will love the buzz of this role. The key purpose for this role is to support the the business development team with a mixture of recruitment and account management. Main duties for this Recruitment Administrator: 1. Provide account management as the key link to employers, providing outstanding levels of communication and support. 2. Use of external web-based systems to advertise apprenticeship vacancies and support recruitment through candidate research and sourcing. 3. Supporting recruitment team with telephone screening and booking in interviews into various advisor's diaries paying close attention to detail. 4. Monitor data and information from a number of sources e.g. delivery teams, finance, MIS and student records to help inform profiling and recruitment activity. 5. Provide strong communication and collaboration between: delivery teams, management information services, student records, HR and finance. 6. Be fully conversant with the range of apprenticeship and commercial training offered by the area. 7. Provide an interface between employer engagement staff and other college departments to ensure communications, reporting and data management are highly effective. 8. Perform continual quality checks and reporting on quality to support the area in continual improvement. 9. Be solutions focused, drawing attention to areas where improvements can be made. 10. Support Employer Engagement staff by proof reading materials; providing a keen eye for detail and outstanding accuracy of English language. 11. Provide line management for telesales officers and apprentices. Key requirements for this Recruitment Administrator: - GCSE grade C and above in English and Maths or equivalent - Effective team player - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office - Experience of working in a changing environment requiring a flexible approach - Create and follow business processes and procedures - Planning own work and meeting deadlines - Willingness to undertake additional training The working hours for this Recruitment Administrator are 8:30am-5pm, Mon- Thur, 8:30am-4:30pm on Fridays. 1 hour lunch break.
