Kenna Recruitment are Recruiting!! We're a niche recruitment business based in the West End that delivers recruitment consultancy services to the building industry. We work with both the largest and most prestigious Main Contractors and Residential Developers in London / South East. We're a hard working and focused team and have an fun working atmosphere in the office. As the Team Administrator you will be responsible for: • Office administration duties:- To include maintenance of Manager reports/spreadsheet etc. • Create contract schedules or relevant associated documentation for new placements/extensions. • Ensuring accurate data entry into a number of databases, spreadsheets and on relevant material across various systems. • Process work in line with agreed client requirements specific to candidate vetting, referencing and resourcing procedures. • Resolve candidate and client queries where able and escalate as necessary • Booking and coordinating in house and external meetings Key Criteria which we will look for: • Experience in providing high quality customer service both in face to face situations and via telephone in a busy sales/ recruitment environment. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint. • Ability to work across a number of different systems/portals. • Ability to work under pressure to short timescales and multi-task when necessary. • Excellent attention to detail and time keeping skills. The right person will need to be energetic and out going.
