Job Description

Our client, an Innovative/Renewable/Engineering company is currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join the recruitment team based in the London. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to work closely with the senior recruitment partner and deliver excellent customer experience. Also, be able to work autonomously, however be prepared to pitch in and support the wider team to meet the needs of the company's clients. Main Responsibilities * Act as the first line response for recruitment queries from candidates, hiring manager and the wider HR team, ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. * Ensure all relevant paperwork is fully completed and approved as per the recruitment approval process. * Identify and utilise suitable attraction methods to support recruitment for existing and future campaigns. * Ensure hiring managers have a good understanding of the recruitment process, including timescales. * Support the Senior Recruitment Partner with assisting the hiring managers with direct sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn. * Proactively drive the selection process by efficient scheduling of interviews and assessments. * Overseeing the collection and verification of all pre-employment documents including right to work. * Gather from, and redistribute interview and assessment feedback to, relevant parties. * Present offers to candidates when required, assuring that all offers are within the approved scope. * Actively managing the recruitment tracking spreadsheets, making sure they are updated and distributed within agreed timescale. * Organise and attend briefing calls between hiring managers and agencies. * Monitor responses and applications received via the Taleo recruitment portal and make sure they are progressed as per agreed timescales. Person Skills/Experience * Experience of working in a busy and fast paced recruitment environment * Experience in complex diary management * Intermediate/ Advanced excel skills, can assimilate data with ease, using it to inform decisions * Good experience managing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders at all levels * Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook * Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and knowledge of GDPR requirements * Degree level or equivalent relevant work experience * Qualified or working towards a CIPD/REC qualification * Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels * Excellent organisational skills, able to work quickly and efficiently with a high attention to detail * Ability to effectively manage high workload and conflicting priorities Benefits * Free lunch * JMEPS - Membership of a contributory pension scheme (employee contributes 3%, Company contributes 19.5% up to the scheme earnings cap.
