We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to support the HR team of a national organisation that provides supported accommodation for adults with a range of disabilities. turro's highlights of the role: * Excellent organisation to work for, with fantastic career progression opportunities * An existing turro client * Support with professional development and training As the Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for: * Managing a caseload of applications to the organisation * Carrying out all pre-employment checks and paperwork to quickly and efficiently make applicants compliant to work; including references and DBS checks * Build and develop effective working relationships with service managers, colleagues in HR and candidates * Maintaining accurate and up to date records and excellent data protection and confidentiality standards * Providing support to the wider recruitment department as required * Supporting with preparation of files for CQC audits and internal quality inspections If you believe you could excel in this role, please APPLY NOW!
