Reporting to the Pilot Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Administrator is responsible for the provision of all administrative tasks associated with ongoing recruitment of Pilots, Engineers and Operations positions at Jet2.com. This position is available as a maternity cover role for a period up to January 2020. The Recruitment Administrator will organise and co-ordinate recruitment Interviews and Assessment days - booking venues, managing assessor availability and preparing all associated documentation. You will be responsible for the administration of online testing, ensuring candidate completion in good time. The Recruitment Administrator will also conduct first stage candidate screening as required. You will manage a busy Pilot Recruitment email inbox, responding to candidate queries as appropriate and ensuring an excellent level of customer service is provided. The Recruitment Administrator will also coordinate recruitment events in the UK and overseas on a regular basis. Above all, you will proactively manage and maintain the candidate experience throughout the application, Assessment and offer process. The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator, preferably with some aviation or travel experience. You will have a strong work ethic and demonstrable experience of working to deadlines in a fast paced and environment. Ideally, the Recruitment Administrator will have experience in a customer facing role. You will have excellent attention to detail, an organised approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
