Job Description

We are looking to recruit an Recruitment Administrator to join our recruitment team here at DATS Recruitment. DATS Recruitment are a specialist in the recruitment of Design and Technical personnel across the North West, placing both contract and permanent candidates to a wide variety of businesses. We have been in business nearly 60 years and are going from strength to strength as we continue to win new business whilst developing our existing client base. Working alongside the recruitment team you will support the sales effort by performing. Job Requirements/Responsibilities * General office/administration duties – including managing office supplies, answering the telephone, handling general enquiries, updating sales boards, documentation, supporting management team etc. * First screen of general candidate applications, managing CV watchdogs and uploading/coding relevant candidates to the database * Supporting the growth of the database through sourcing of and adding of relevant data * Working alongside a client consultant, resourcing selected jobs – candidate qualification including: pre-screening, reference checking, preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants * Drafting and placing adverts, specifically using social media to advertise positions and attract candidates * Updating/managing Social media channels such as: LinkedIn, Facebook, twitter and feeds from internet with extra client/candidate info * Using research tools provided (LinkedIn and other in house software) to: map out markets, identify candidates, client opportunities and adding information to the database to be followed up. * Run payroll and help support other parts of the recruitment process Knowledge, Skill & Experience Required * Excellent experience of using MS Office Suite * Previous recruitment administrative experience is preferred * Excellent attention to detail * Confident telephone manner * Using own initiative * Demonstrate strong administrative experience * Strong communication skills Benefits and culture We offer a great basic salary plus the potential to earn bonus based on both individual and team performance.
