Job Description

Recruitment Administrator As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and business support to the team, managing and maintaining our candidate database. Your key responsibilities and duties will consist of: * To be the first point of contact answering telephone queries * Provide dedicated recruitment administrative tasks to support the recruitment team * Ensure job adverts are correctly written and placed on the appropriate job boards * Prepare timesheets for all the temporary consultants on a weekly basis * Entering the weekly timesheets for payroll * Assisting with any pay queries * Adding CV's to the database The ideal candidate will have: * Good mathematical knowledge * Good communication skills * Work well within a team * High attention to detail * Computer literate (Excel/Word/Outlook) This is an excellent opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door and learn about the recruitment sector
