Location: Gatwick Airport Temp/Temp to Perm Job Description: Recruitment Administrator and On-Boarding Co-Ordinator This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment and On-Boarding Administrator to join my client Gatwick Airport on a temporary basis with the opportunity of securing a permanent role. This is an exciting and vibrant environment suiting someone that thrives in a fast paced, challenging and changing arena. With excellent commuter links Gatwick Airport is approachable via extensive rail and road routes. Flexible working hours are also available between 7.30 a.m. - 6.30 p.m. in conjunction with a standard 40 hour week. The role will provide administration support to the HR and recruitment department and you will be joining a team of 4. The team are just getting established and they offer a wealth of development knowledge within an environment that is both encouraging and fun to work in. In order to apply for this exciting opportunity of Recruitment Administrator and On-Boarding Co-Ordinator you will need great communication skills and attention to detail as you will be the initial voice of the company representing Gatwick Airport to candidates and third parties. Your responsibilities will include: Recruitment Administrator and On-Boarding Co-Ordinator telephone, face to face and written contact with candidates, referees, hiring managers and HR colleagues. The key purpose of the role is the provision of administrative support during the recruitment, referencing and airside pass application processes. As Recruitment Administrator and On-Boarding Co-Ordinator You will also be required to; * Answer queries from candidates, being - supportive and promoting Gatwick Airport Ltd as an * employer of choice. * Assist Recruitment Advisors with arranging interviews/setting up and monitoring assessment * centre slots on the recruitment system , copying and collating interview and assessment centre packs as required ( All training will be given) * Send out all relevant paperwork to candidates in advance of assessment centres * Attend assessment centres to check candidates' paperwork and conduct right to work checks * Administer offers of employment letters, contracts and starter packs and then track the return * of essential pre-employment documents to enable the referencing process to begin. * Pass relevant documents to and liaise with Payroll to ensure new employees are set up on HR * system correctly - adhering to payroll cut-off dates * Update the Recruitment system as required - in conjunction with Recruitment Advisor * Assist with job fayre and graduate recruitment administration as required Knowledge and experience: Recruitment Administrator and On-Boarding Co-Ordinator Proficient use of Word and basic use of Excel essential You must be computer literate as you will need to use various IT systems. (training will be given on these) You will be required to obtain CTC clearance (Counter Terrorist Check) Previous experience of office administration.
