Job Description

Our client, a market leading technology and design business, have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join their friendly and personable HR function. You will work as part of a wider recruitment team in supporting administrative tasks, connected with internal recruitment. You will also have a proactive approach in supporting the wider recruitment team in direct recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities will include: To act as the first point of contact for all internal recruitment activity, for example; Advising managers of the internal recruitment process, receiving recruitment requests and ensuring they are compliant, creating internal adverts, posting internal adverts to the workforce, processing applications, communicating to candidates/employees by letter, phone and email. Daily use of an online Applicant Tracking System to manage applications, plus any required correspondence to applicants. Monitoring CVs submitted by recruitment agencies to ensure duplication of introductions is mitigated. Arranging interviews for candidates including; sending interview confirmations, booking rooms and coordinating recruiting line managers. Managing the offer and rejection communications to candidates post application, assessment or interview.
