Everything we do here at Westminster Homecare centres around enabling and supporting our elderly service users to stay in their own homes and maintain their independence for longer.To do that we have a team of exceptional home care workers working across multiple Local Authorities and as requests for our services increase so does our need to continually recruit. As such, we are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Regional Recruitment Administrator to attract new care workers to Westminster Homecare and support our existing team of home care workers. This role will be recruiting for our South Bucks and Aylesbury branches located in Slough and Aylesbury. It will be required that the Recruiter split their time between each branch. Experience recruiting within Social Care is essential No two days are the same; you will be placing advertisements in suitable media to reach out to potential new home care workers, arranging and attending open days and job fairs, shortlisting and interviewing, referencing and processing DBS applications and administration of compliance. You will also be planning and training all new recruits and ensuring our existing team are continually trained and well supported.Both are a well established and busy branches within a Company that values and respects all its workforce.
