Recruitment Administrator - Healthcare Better Healthcare Services are one of the fastest growing domiciliary care agencies in Essex with a reputation for service excellence and quality delivery. We are looking to appoint a Recruitment administrator for our Healthcare division in the Brighton office. The Role: Working with key stakeholders to develop and deliver recruitment campaigns for care staff in Sussex Managing CV response and booking interviews. Conducting face to face interviews with candidates. Conduct roadshows, attend job fairs and exhibitions. Increasing brand awareness within Sussex? Compiling and analysing recruitment & retention data and trends. Arranging training for successful candidates. Ensure key staff are aware of recruitment pipeline and capacity. Administration, including,payroll, compliance and compiling Management Information. You will need to have exceptional attention to detail skills to manage the volume of recruitment required on an ongoing basis. As a frontline ambassador for the company you will have first class communication and customer service skills and have the ability to engage at all levels.
