Job Description

We are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Administrator for a busy recruitment agency. The role is very sales focussed and target based. Ideal candidate must have the following: * Fast Typing speed (50-60wpm) * Excellent Command of the English language * Good Customer Service Skills * Strong interpersonal skills * Excellent Microsoft Packages skills (including Excel) * Boolean Searching Skills * Good Telephone Manner * Great attention to detail You must have the drive and dedication to push yourself, as this role will involve TARGETS & KPIs. We are ONLY seeking graduates at this moment in time. If called in for an interview, we will be running series of Tests to acertain Competancy & Suitability. We will also be testing your understanding of Boolean Searching skills
