Job Description

Our Clientis looking to recruit a Recruitment Assistant to join a fast paced and changing environment in Chertsey. Our client is a community services organization that is not-for-profit, dedicated to creating a positive influence in the local area. The purpose of the role will be to provide administration and recruitment support to management and staff. Working in a team of 3 people. Responsibilities: - Providing day-to-day operational support - Ensure candidates are pre-screened before interviews are arranged - To be the first point of call for internal and external HR matters - Monitoring the head count and application statistics - Preparing interview packs for management - To conduct site visits for assessments - acting upon pre-employment checks: Referencing, DBS, health checks etc. - input into the system all starter information Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Computer literate - Good Attention to detail - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills due to the varied nature of the environment - Have an awareness to equal opportunities - Able to take part in ad-hoc duties when required: Payroll, minute taking, sickness absence - Previous HR Recruitment experience desirable - Working to a CIPD qualification would be a bonus Hours 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Office Angels is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
