An opportunity has risen for anyone driven and ambitious to join our team in Bradley stock Bristol: We are a healthcare recruitment agancy .We recruit nurses and carers and place them in care homes. In this role, the candidate will: * Manage and drive recruitment campaigns * Identify, interview and make new staff compliant * Engage with staff and maintain their availability * Liaise with clients to generate bookings and fill outstanding shifts * Provide prompt response to client requests - * Champion a quality led experience to develop current and new clients * Work directly with Business Manager to develop the business. About you The ideal candidate : * will be able to multi-task, with excellent people management skills and strong attention to detail. * Exposure to the healthcare industry is a plus, * Posses strong communication skills, you will have the ability to work well under pressure and enable Staff to provide excellent customer service. * You will fully embrace the company vision and Managing the day to day operations of your temporary desk. * Maintain and build client relationships. * Carrying out candidate interviews, reference chasing and ensuring compliance Benefits: * excellent salary and bonasus * 28 days paid holiday and bank holiday * Contributary pension scheme
