Job Description

Allied Site Services are a busy construction recruitment agency based in Stratford, East London. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to come and join our busy team. This role is ideally suited to someone who is interested in recruiting people. As the face of Allied Site Services you will be personable, engaging and well presented. You will be responsible to administration support to the recruitment team as well as undertaking the following tasks:  Answering and directing phone calls  Manning the team inbox  Registering applicants coming into the office  Assisting with recruitment where necessary  Disturbing and collecting timesheets on a weekly basis  Assisting with pay queries The successful candidate must have:  Great attention to detail;  Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach;  Effective communication skills is a must this is a fast-paced, candidate facing role which requires a high standard of service;  Must have a high level of oral and written skills;  Flexible and proactive attitude;  Ability to work independently but also be a team player;  Ideally have recruitment or HR administration experience, having worked in a similar environment previously; If you think this vacancy would suit you, please send your CV and covering letter to Kerri Walker
