Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer £13.00 P/H Blantyre Welcome to SP Energy Networks - SP Energy Networks I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Networking company that delivers electricity to homes and business in Central and Southern Scotland, Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and North Shropshire. No matter who you pay your bill to, they are the people to contact for all enquiries relating to the electricity network. SP Energy Networks is part of the ScottishPower Group of companies. We provide power on behalf of supply companies through a network of cables and power lines that we own and maintain. Main Responsibilities * Supporting with the resource and recruitment process, maintain the vacancy tracker to ensure accurate records. * Collate training requirements for SPT Projects and arrange appropriate training. * Accountability Statements * Liaising with SP Recruitment department and Rullion (Agency) to discuss relevant vacancies, timescales and salaries. * Co-ordinate CV’s and shortlist for interview if suitable for the role. * Liaise with Recruiting Manager to arrange Interviews, book meeting rooms ensuring they are suitable for purpose. * Co-ordinate interview results and feedback to candidates. * Liaise with SPT Projects and Scottish Power Learning & Development department, Collate training requirements and arrange / track training. * On-boarding - request all IT, Software via SRM. * Keep accurate records of all IT equipment and Mobile Phones. * Order Mobile Phones for SPT Construction staff via the telecommunication service request. * Order Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and first aid supplies and distribute. * Order Stationary for all SPT Projects via Banner web account. * Liaise with Reception, to arrange parking spaces and security passes for external visitors. * Book Hotel and Travel for Construction staff via SAP Concur travel system. * Support the PMO department with the Recruitment and Resourcing of both Permanent and Agency employees. * Provide accurate recruitment and IT records * Collate Training requirements for SPT Projects and arrange Training accordingly. Skills, Knowledge & Experience * Business Management or Administration Qualification * SAP Experience preferred * Experienced in the use of MS Office tools and Strong administration skills. * Excellent organisational skills * Proven ability to work in a team environment. * Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work. * Knowledge of Construction training requirements, SMSTS, Safety Passport, First Aid.
