Job Title: Recruitment Administrator Location: Support Centre, Harrogate, HG2 Contract: Full time 37.5 hours per week (Temporary role on an ongoing basis) Pay £competitive This is an exciting opportunity to join our Department to manage the administration of staff recruitment, providing staff with a structured start to their Orchard Career. What you’ll be doing Supporting the recruitment team by- * Confirming face to face interviews and liaising with both the candidates and the Home Managers * Placing job adverts on our Website and the Job Centre * Accurately updating the database * Producing reports as and when required You will be responsible for a designated work area; however, you would be expected to assist colleagues as and when necessary. Where you will be working: Our Support Centre in Harrogate provides additional support to the daily workings of our care homes, looking after all purchasing and administrative tasks, in addition to adding an extra resource for activities and partnerships. This enables our homes to focus on their main priority - the delivery of excellent care. What you’ll need: * Good administration and organisational skills * Self-motivated and can-do attitude * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Professional, confident and warm personality * Strong team skills and awareness * PC literate * Reliable and punctual * Previous hr or recruitment experience would be desirable but not essential Essential values and commitment You will have a passionate interest in the work we do, be self-motivated with a can-do attitude. Reliability and punctuality are important, you will be eager to complete all training relevant to your role.
