Rapidly growing energetic media business * Managing a team of 4-8 direct reports * Fantastic earning potential and career development in a market leading business The Role: This fast-paced media business requires a Sales Manager to join their expanding London office. On track to continue with their 25% year on year growth, this company is looking to expand their talented and motivated sales team. This is a newly created role to manage their growing and successful team of between 4 and 8 direct reports with a view to grow and develop this team further. This team is responsible for selling digital recruitment advertising solutions to a range of SME clients. The Company: Established in 2000 and as a key part of a global brand, this company is a market leader and growing at a phenomenal rate. With a focus on recruitment advertising they are looking to expand their sales team to cope with the demand of their clients. Responsibilities of the Recruitment Advertising Sales Manager role: * Managing a team of 4-8 direct reports * Recruiting, training, and developing the team * Assisting junior members of the team with selling and face to face meetings Requirement of Recruitment Advertising Sales Manager role: * At least two years' experience of people management * Experience training sales executives * Ideally a background in media sales or recruitment The package for the Recruitment Advertising Sales Manager: * £40-45,000 basic plus 45% salary uncapped OTE * Pension, 28 days' holiday, additional incentives * Lively company culture and rewarding earning potential BMS Sales Specialists have spent years building strong relationships with leading B2B companies.
