Job Description

Bouygues Energies and Services UK has an exciting opportunity for a Resourcer or Recruiter from an agency or internal background to support our infrastructure, facility maintenance and contracting business units. The role will be based from our UK headquarters in London Waterloo but the post holder will be expected to travel Manchester and Hatfield once a month to meet with their stakeholders. The role will involve the following key duties: • Direct sourcing using social media and job boards • Help formulate job offers • Maintain the applicant tracking system • Promote our referral scheme • Produce creative job adverts • Support the interview process Ideally applicants must come from an engineering, facility maintenance or construction background and have covered a broad range of positions within in one of those sectors.
