Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced in-house Recruitment Advisor to join our multi award winning company. You will be joining a small HR team based at our head office in Maidenhead and will be fundamental to our ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the HR Manager you will manage our end to end recruitment process to enable us to continue to expand at our predicted annual 30% growth. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and candidate journey, from point of application up to offer stage. You will be working on anything between 5 to 20 vacancies at any one time, that will involve recruiting a variety of professionals, including commercial Catering and Refrigeration Engineers and Trainees, Service Desk operatives, a variety of Office roles, Graduates and Interns, and positions at Senior Management and Director level. Key areas of responsibility are: Manage the recruitment process to ensure a smooth transition up to on-boarding Designing, implementing and delivering recruitment strategies Ensuring hire requisitions are correctly raised and converted into job adverts Successfully advertising vacancies using various cost effective recruitment methods and selecting the most appropriate routes to market each role Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates Delivering a first-class service to the business and flawless candidate experience – you’ll be a true ambassador for the company Creating talent pools and pipelines for future requirements – taking a strategic view of recruitment Conducting telephone and face to face interviews Managing relationships with universities and educational establishments to identify interns and graduates for future hires Build relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the organisation, identifying and meeting their specific recruitment needs Manage and report on monthly recruitment budgets and KPI’s Supporting continuous improvement of the recruitment process including creating and designing new assessment tools, materials and interview packs Supporting hiring managers with interview skills and experience, coaching and workshops The successful candidate will have: Strong interviewing skills, both over the telephone and face to face End to end recruitment lifecycle experience within an in-house recruitment team Extensive experience in using a variety of direct sourcing methods Strong planning and organising skills - ability to handle a varied and flexible workload whilst meeting deadlines Tenacity – be prepared to drive solutions forward by being proactive and engaged A high standard of written and spoken English Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills A flair for innovation and an excellent eye for detail. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, using innovative and creative methods Experience in planning and attending job fair events Graduate recruitment Demonstrable competence in IT Desirables: Experience within manufacturing, facilities management, hospitality or catering industries Experience working in an SME On offer is a salary between £30k-£35k depending on experience plus an attractive benefits package including 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme, health cash plan and share options.
