Join our Recuitment and Resourcing team doing what you love most, identifing future talent to make the world a safer place About the role In directly source and select effectively the best suitable candidates for LR ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Ensure a fair and consistent assessment process. Identify and roll out opportunities to strengthen LR's Employer Brand. You will coach and work with recruiting managers to provide the best tools, techniques and brand messaging to identify and attract the best candidates for the role. The role will based in Bracknell with travel to Southampton as per business needs 1. Manage recruitment process effectively from briefing session with hiring manager to candidate offer 2. (In)directly sourcing candidates internally and externally 3. Ensure all active vacancies have effective recruitment plans with clear roles and responsibilities and agreed delivery timelines 4. Management of all applicants through People click 5. Gatekeeper for recruitment and placement of candidates in open positions 6. Management of the entire recruitment process, ensuring positive correct process is followed-making sure ALL new hires go through same process 7. Support Line Managers with the recruitment process including organising and supporting interviews, attending final interviews where necessary technical/business assessment are organised and carried through were required. 8. Maintains relationships with appropriate external agencies and effectively managing SLA with recruitment agencies. Within Global resourcing framework negotiating standard rates and signing agencies up to LR's terms and conditions. 9. Reviewing new agencies and specialist agencies to support gaps in LR's current and future skill sets to deliver the right talent at the right time. 10. Ensures smooth transition from ending of recruiting process to the on-boarding process 11. Ensures documentation/data/information and tasks relevant to the recruitment process are planned, evaluated and processed in accordance with local business requirements and agreed deadlines. To challenge managers misconceptions and provide broad and on point solutions to deliver and support recruiters counsel. 12. Deal with complex queries and build relationships with internal and external clients, as appropriate, including resolution of support service problems. 13. Ensure all KPIs and SLAs are maintained and proactively reviewed on an on-going basis to ensure the best service is being provided to the business. 14. Undertake necessary documentation, data, and administration and communication activities needed to successfully fulfil responsibilities. Participate in trials and best practice projects to develop new tools and solutions. To work on new job boards and participate in social media campaigns as an ambassador for LR 15. Assess the risks and work in a safe manner at all times, robustly implementing health and safety rules, instructions and systems and refuse to undertake work that compromises your safety or health. 16. Report in a timely manner all incidents including near miss and safety observations (NMSO), accidents and injuries and raise any health and safety concerns with your line manager. To be considered you must have 1. Academic qualification in HR or equivalent 2. Experience in working within a recruitment environment as an established and successful recruiter. 3. Up to date knowledge about UK Employment Law 4. Proven ability to demonstrate knowledge across the end to end recruitment spectrum Have excellent: * Interviewing skills * Understanding of recruiting people from global locations in terms of visas, work permits and border agency working * Experienced in interacting with colleagues at all levels providing technical and commercial advice and support in relation to external media to effective recruitment activities including external agencies 5. Have experience in tendering and or RFI processes and documentation. 6. Proficiency in the English Language commensurate with the work. 7. Proven ability to translate commercial plans into reality; working in partnership with operational managers in a results orientated manner 8.
