Job Description

My client is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their fantastic HR Team in Tunbridge Wells. Key Responsibilities: Lateral Recruitment * Liaising directly with the hiring Partner or manager in relation to recruitment needs, providing advice on suitability and appropriateness for the role and advertising as appropriate * Liaising with recruitment agencies on all stages of the recruitment process and agreeing terms. * Arranging interviews/recruitment testing, reviewing CV’s, attending interviews and post-interview feedback. * Responsibility for internal and web-based communications regarding positions * Making and negotiating candidate offers * Providing the HR Manager with recruitment-related management information, market trends and other relevant issues such as recruitment activity/performance, identifying trends with hard to recruit areas/low response rates etc. * Support with the development and implementation of recruitment related policies i.e. Recruitment Incentive Scheme and procedures, providing HR advice, support and training on recruitment and employment matters. * Responsibility for the smooth running of all non-lateral recruitment events, schemes and programmes. Graduate Recruitment: * Represent the firm on campus and at open days * Ensure appropriate bookings are made, promotional materials such as branded items and communications are arranged well in advance of events. * Working with the Trainees to ensure that the firm is adequately represented at events. * Manage all graduate recruitment enquires and the graduate recruitment inbox. * Maintaining regular contact with future trainees with key information/events etc. * Responsible for all promotional activities and material associated with non-lateral recruitment. * Maintaining accurate recruitment records; reviewing CVs/applications; attendance at interviews and contributing to the selection process General * Develop the firms alumni network * Providing MI reporting in relation to all recruitment activities. * Undertaking market/salary research when required. * Providing budgetary information. * Exploring innovative and improved or new platforms/approaches to recruitment. * Compliance with GDPR in all recruitment activities.
