Job Description

Recruitment Advisor The Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 The successful Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for; * Proactively recruiting Head Office, Regional Sales and Engineering positions with circa 150 vacancies per year * Working with Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment requirements and helping them to conduct workforce planning * Ensuring all roles are signed off and advertised using the companies ATS System * Conducting first stage telephone interviews and shortlisting on behalf of Hiring Managers * Continually look at ways to improve the recruitment process with a view to increasing talent and reducing agency spend * Be the first point of contact for day to day recruitment questions and take ownership of the Briggs Office Apprentice Programme * Attend designated recruitment events during the year * Support the Recruitment Manager with the management of agency relationships * Work alongside the recruitment assistant to develop a first class end to end recruitment process that ensures the right talent for Briggs and promotes a possitive candidate experience The succesful Recruitment Advisor will demonstrate; * Previous experience of working in a fast paced recruitment function * Previous experinece in recruiting sales and engineering would be advantageous * Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise work * Demonstrable experience of influencing key stakeholders The successful Recruitment Advisor will command; * A base salary of £23,000pa - £26,000pa * Paycare medical scheme * Contributory pension of 5% employee and 6% employer * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Profitshare bonus scheme * Eyecare vouchers * Briggs Academy Training and Development * Briggs Boost high street discounts About Us Briggs Equipment is an engineering services and asset management specialist with its people core to everything that it does.
