Permanent Recruitment Advisor Vacancy for a company based in Oxford. Full time post with parking on site! Client Details My client is looking for an experience Recruitment Advisor to join their newly created Recruitment team based in Oxford. As the Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for speaking to applicants on the phone and building long lasting professional relationships. This role is hybrid of a traditional contact centre role where call volumes can be high, balanced with account management where relationships needs to be nurtured and developed. Description Recruitment Advisor responsibilities: To contact all newly assigned leads with speed and follow up if no answer. To fully understand the candidates incentives and why they are looking. Nurture any relationships on a regular basis through appropriate communication channels and sustain these relationships for up to 24 months. Keeping applicants engaged from application to enrolment. Be extremely comfortable on the phone for a large proportion of the day to ensure daily call targets are met. Be responsible for taking a new lead all the way through to census.Profile To be considered for the Recruitment Advisor position you must: Have experience in a successful target-driven role. Have experience in handling high daily call volumes. Be comfortable, articulate and influential in their communication style. Have excellent presentation skills and ability to present to a variety of audiences. Have flexibility to work evenings and weekends and undertake travel within the UK if necessary.
