Job Description

Our client who is a leading provider of transport and logistics services in the West Country. Currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join their HR Team at Cullompton, reporting directly to the Head of HR. Main Responsibilities/Tasks: * Provide hiring managers with professional support and advice on recruitment identification, selection and best practice. * Managing hiring manager's expectations. * Attraction and recruitment of potential candidate including job profile and advert construction for attraction channels. * Develop and maintain the careers page of the website. * Implementation and use of the recruitment system. * To take full responsibility for all contract negotiation with recruitment agencies and establishing cost effective methods of recruitment. * Working closely with the HR Administration Team to ensure applications and interviews are processed efficiently and timely. * Support in interviewing and/or telephone interviews. * Develop a strategy to support early careers attraction and implement. * Develop a social media based attraction strategy and implement. * Supporting workforce planning and determining headcount requirements. * Develop, monitor and report on meaningful management information. * Identify areas of continuous improvement techniques to improve/streamline recruitment processes. * To be the effective lead in the coordination of the recruitment days to ensure a consistent approach is taking across the company. * Develop and maintain a recruitment toolkit. * Support on people projects as and when required. You will be passionate about recruitment with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, whilst not essential, is desirable: * Industry experience in the transport and/or logistics sector. * Experience of implementing a recruitment system. * Experience of developing attraction strategies using social media. * Evidence of driving continuous improvement.
