Recruitment Advisor - fixed term contract to end of June 2018 Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 per annum pro rata - dependent on experience Based: Bristol Job Type: Fixed Term Contract, full-time t2 group is one of the UK’s leading, training and coaching organisations. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be a positive individual who is organised and efficient, with excellent communication and people skills, an eye for detail and be motivated to succeed. Job Description: •Meeting monthly targets around start numbers for the academy •Attending career events in schools etc. •Finding applicants and inviting them in for interview from the National Apprenticeship website •Interviewing young people for the course •Filling out all appropriate paperwork from interview •Collating ID – NINO’s, bursary applications •Running a group induction for new starts every Friday •Marking initial assessments •Preparing files for handover to the relevant tutor •Ensuring learners turn up on their first day •Chasing all non-starts •Liaising with the tutors re: attendance •Building new partnerships with potential referral agencies •Business development, work placements and working with learners 1:1 looking at progression opportunities •Good knowledge of Bristol and the surrounding area •Offering IAG, and, where appropriate, signposting young people to other providers Required Experience: •Ideally you will possess experience within the recruitment field •Experience of working with young people would be desirable •25 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays. •Business travel and parking expenses are covered by the company.
