The Role: Based in the HR team the Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for recruiting candidates at all levels, from senior management and sales to workshop personnel, and co-ordinating and controlling the recruitment processes and procedures throughout the Group. It is a fast paced, high volume role in which you will build strong relationships with both hiring managers and potential candidates. You will also be involved in ensuring that all recruitment practices are kept up to date in relation to employment legislation, providing recommendations for improvement where needed, and provide advice and coaching to the management team on all aspects of recruitment. Applicants should have: - Previous recruitment experience is essential - Proven interview ability - Excellent interpersonal skills - Sound knowledge of employment law - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Experience of on-line and direct recruitment - Excellent organisational skills So what next?
