Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor with a proven track record to join our established and rapidly expanding team here in Redditch. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to further their recruitment career as part of a lively close-knit team. As a Recruitment Advisor your role will be varied and include the following duties: * Ownership of the overall recruitment plan on MatchMaker database system, ensuring all jobs are logged correctly and the plan is kept up to date * Registrations for candidates looking for work ensuring all of the correct information is obtained including work history and ID * CV searching to fill live bookings and telephone screening candidates * Liaising with clients including taking new bookings, giving updates on live roles, checking in new starters and obtaining timesheets for existing workers * Communicating with clients and candidates to solve any issues that arise in a calm, professional and friendly manner * Actively seeking new opportunities with existing clients to help them grow their team and in turn grow the recruitment plan To be considered for the role of Recruitment Advisor, you will need the following: * A proven track record within a recruitment agency or a similar field (e.g. in-house staffing) * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Comfortable using Microsoft Office with high levels of accuracy in all administrative work * A true people person with a strong team spirit * Ability to use own initiative and work under minimal supervision Are you a Smart 1?
