Exciting opportunity for two Recruitment Administrators to join a longstanding reputable global organisation on either a permanent or 12 month contract based in the centre of Birmingham. Our prestigious global client based in central Birmingham employs over 7000 people with a turnover in excess of £500 million. The organisation is now set to go through a period of change and growth which presents an exciting time to join for anyone looking for their next challenge, or an opportunity for career progression in the future. Duties include; * Co-ordinating the administration of multiple recruitment and selection projects end to end covering roles at all levels and disciplines * Liaising with HR Advisers to ensure all recruitment campaigns are consistent with business plans * Completing all recruitment solutions consistently and within policy and procedure meeting all legal requirements *Facilitating the recruitment processes and approach as defined by the Adviser to meet needs of the recruiting manager as well as supporting the relationships with candidates *Maintaining recruitment records / data and preparing regular reports to ensure all recruitment activity is managed effectively and performance is monitored * Ensuring all writing and filing of necessary correspondences and other related documents are accurately completed * Working in in partnership with HR Advisers to identify and support any opportunities for continuous improvement *Managing and maintaining appropriate recruitment systems to support the delivery of business reporting models The role would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator who has worked in fast paced service centre environments who is looking to add a globally recognized reputable organisation
