Job Description

Seed Recruitment has been running since 2014. In that time I have grown the company and have a loyal client base. I am now looking for a business partner with extensive recruitment experience and a client base they can bring with them. This role is not an easy ride. Together we will build and grow the company together. I am looking for someone who is willing to take risks. This role at first is only paying a minimum amount but a 50% commission with this . Within 3 - 6 months and agreed targets we will then look to give you shares in the company (up to 40%) and Directorship When i started Seed i was a senior consultant with no way to move higher in the company, but i had ambition and took a risk to better myself. This is what i need from you. Someone who sees what they can and will be in the years to come rather than what they are now.
