Pathfinder are recruiting for a Recruitment Allocator to join their team based in Southampton Docks. Monday – Friday, 08:00-17:00, a total of 40 hours per week. However additional hours/days will be required in order to fulfil the responsibilities of the role. Please be aware this is a highly pressurised role working in a very fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be willing to take their turn working one in four weekends - and be respnsible for the out of hours emergency phone. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for ensuring completed and compliant records for all Agency Worker in line with both statutory and REC Conduct Regulations. * Responsible for liaising with Agency Workers to obtain required details and documentation to satisfy ISPS clearance criteria. * Responsible for liaising with external stakeholders for the obtainment of professional and personal references for Agency Workers. * Responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks as requested by the Branch Manager and Lead Allocator are completed in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner. * To be aware of and enforce all external and internal and policies and procedures pertaining to Recruitment and Compliance. * To report any breaches of policies and procedures to the Pathfinder Branch Manager. * To act as an ambassador for the Company at all times and encourage all personnel to do the same by your example. * To coordinate with the Recruitment Consultants and prepare new, blank Agency Workers Application Packs ready for use * To coordinate with the Recruitment Consultants and organise the materials and resources for new Agency Workers Health & Safety briefings * To take responsibility for meeting and greeting new Agency Workers upon arrival for Health & Safety briefings * To maintain up to date and accurate Agency Worker records, both paper and electronic * To provide reports when required * Ensure only copies of original documentation are taken to be kept on file.
