Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities Admissions & Recruitment Ensure that: * All applicants and prospects are properly captured and integrated within the CRM and the Admission Platform, ensuring that all data is properly input, updated and actioned; * All use of data is in accordance with the Data Protection Act, as outlined in the School guidelines; * The online application form and online database are checked and updated regularly. * Applicant enquiries and correspondence are dealt with in a timely and professional manner; * Application forms are reviewed, processed and sorted in accordance with prescribed guidelines for the programme; * Admissions Sessions are coordinated effectively, admissions results are inputted into the online system and admissions files and statistical data/reports are produced on time; * Financial registrations and policies are followed during the enrolment process. * All communications/interactions (email, phone, admissions sessions, open days etc) are managed at the highest level of quality and professionalism. * In some circumstances the person will need to assist the Bachelor Marketing and Recruitment team members, when required, during peak periods. Specifically on activities such as attending fairs and school visits (UK/Abroad). Visa processing and coordination: * To work closely with the International Recruitment and Admissions teams to provide advice on the immigration requirements that an individual applicant must meet in order to register at ESCP Europe Business School * To provide basic immigration advice to prospective Tier 4 students and those registered at the School as they progress through the application / CAS request process. * To check and process all CAS requests and the corresponding documents thoroughly to ensure that only genuine students who meet the requirements of Tier 4 are issued with a CAS. * To track the lifecycle of each CAS issued and submit reports to the UKVI in accordance with the Tier 4 Sponsor Guidance. This will require communication with Programme Office or/all students who have been issued a CAS in order to obtain regular updates on the progress of their Tier 4 application, copies of all refusal notices or a copy of the Tier 4 visa, once granted. * To work closely with the Programme Office as part of our process to monitor the attendance of all registered Tier 4 students, and retain an up-to-date summary of attendance levels for these students including details of any approved absences. * To communicate regularly with registered Tier 4 students/Programme Office at ESCP Europe Business School to ensure that our student records are updated to reflect any changes in circumstances. * To provide reports on visa matters to the Dean of the London Campus and the Head of Marketing and Admissions. * To liaise with key external stakeholders as required, in particular the UK Border Agency. * To contribute to the development and update of immigration related information for prospective international students provided via the university websites and in printed publications, as required.
