Recruitment & Apprenticeship Coordinator - Birmingham - £22,000 + Bens / 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. The Role: Recruitment & Apprenticeship Coordinator • As Recruitment & Apprenticeship Coordinator, you will support all aspects of recruitment and apprenticeship programme administration. • You will be helping employers recruit apprentices and helping applicants successfully secure apprenticeship vacancies through high-quality advice and guidance • You will be supporting the recruitment and selection of learners by ensuring that all recruitment campaigns are exciting and relevant and within the company guidelines. You will be helping to maintain strong on going relationships with apprentices employers and potential new applicants. • You will be assisting the Business Development & Recruitment team in all areas. Also giving advice and guidance in a small group and 1-2-1 settings. • A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required. Essential Requirements: Recruitment & Apprenticeship Coordinator • Proven written communication skills – Grade C or above GCSE English and with the ability to write quickly and competently. Ability to use a range of IT skills software. • Ideally, you will have 12 months experience within a Learner Recruitment /administration position within a training provider or College. • Strong ability to use social networking platforms, high attention to detail in all written communications, and can work under pressure and rise to challenges.
