Title: Recruitment & Campaign Manager Type: Permanent Location: Flintshire Salary: £28k-£32k Are you an established Project, Recruitment or Campaign Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity? If so, this could be the role for you… We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment & Campaign Manager for our leading and prestigious client based in Flintshire. You will be passionate about motivating others to achieve in a competitive market. You will be established in your industry and have a demonstrable track record of billing and leading a team. The main purpose of the role will be to supervise and manage the resource provision which in turn supports all the field teams. Duties also include: * Ensuring the margin for the resourcing element of the project is met or exceeded through excellent planning and negotiation skills. * Responsible for ensuring that all projects, accounts or regions allocated are fully resourced with suitable contingency. Manage the database of workers to ensure the database is up to date and efficient in line with employment legislation. * Responsible for ensuring the timely completion of all the steps of resource management to ensure efficient delivery for the Client team. * Liaising with the Client Team to ensure objectives are achievable within a campaign. * Fully managing the workers app and responsible for the delivery of results. * Responsible for completing regular accurate communication (verbal and written) with the client team to ensure project status and updates are provided. * Completing payroll for external and internal workers. * Responsible for managing any resource coordinators and temporary staff to ensure they have clear instructions and deliverables. * Responsible for reviewing the skill base of our field resource to identify training plans to increase the skill set for any projects, accounts or region. The successful candidate: * You will have experience of managing a busy and efficient temporary resources department - ESSENTIAL. * You will have a fast-paced end to end project management experience with the ability to meet tight deadlines. * To lead by example in delivering all aspects of the role to a high standard with integrity and passion and a sense of urgency and efficiency. *You will take responsibility for allocating resource from our extensive pool of field staff across UK to ensure all projects are completed on time, to budget and to client's satisfaction. * You will plan the resourcing of project so that margins are met and exceeded. You will also review the resource pool and skills sets required and ensure continued growth and success. Skills, knowledge and experience: * Ability to develop and implement operational plans for your area of responsibility. * Previous background in large resource / recruitment management campaigns is essential. * Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel & Word. * Excellent communication skills. * Proven people management experience. * Analytical approach to problem solving. * Previous exposure to HR policies and procedures and legislation. Personal attributes: * Must be able to work on own initiative, resolving and escalating issues as and when they arise. * Able to manage your own resources and professional development. * Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. * Flexible in approach around Hub requirements and timelines. * Flexible in terms of working hours, evening's and weekend support may be required to support business critical projects. * Willingness to support cross functional teams as required. * Must be capable of establishing good working relationships internally and externally.
