Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting for a Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator based in Dublin 14. This role is in the Healthcare Industry. Primary Responsibilities: * Answer each employment enquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner * Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community * Schedule and conduct applicant interviews * Conduct reference checks, Garda clearances, driving license and insurance checks on all candidates * Create and maintain all employment records and employment related documents * Schedule and conduct employee orientation and all training * Develop engagement strategies that utilise candidate needs to promote employee retention and satisfaction * Work in partnership with the Scheduling Department to coordinate Employee Schedules * Monitor and log all client and candidate activity utilising the software system * Prepare and publish the monthly newsletter within the deadline * Plan and successfully execute all employee meetings with new starters * Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities * Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, employees, clients and family members * Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Must have computer skills and be proficient in Excel and Word * Secondary school graduation or the equivalent * One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered CV’s are being reviewed immediately
