We are committed to providing training & development, supportive working environments and scope for progression The Role: Based in Head Office, the Recruitment & HR Administrator will provide an efficient and effective administrative service to the business. Working as part of the HR Team, this is a fast paced role that will allow you to develop your admin skills and build relationships across the Group. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the candidate and vacancy database, confirming interviews and generating and issuing contracts of employment. You will also advertise vacancies, collate and check probationary reviews, produce references and carry out driving licence checks. Applicants should: - Have strong Microsoft office skills and excellent organisational ability - Experience working within a similar role - Previous recruitment/HR admin experience would be preferred, but not essential - Excellent eye for detail - Be professional & self-motivated - Work well in a team - Be organised and work well under pressure So what next?
