Job Description

Soccer Coaching Limited (SCL), a leading provider of sports based vocational education, is looking to recruit a HR and Recruitment Assistant on a three month fixed term basis to assist the HR team in the smooth running of their HR and Recruitment Administration activities. This is a new role and has become available due to recent expansion, resulting in high levels of administration duties. The purpose of this role is to ensure our client receives a first-class Recruitment and HR service, with a primary focus on Recruitment and HR Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the HR department in ensuring all HR systems are accurate and up to date with employee information, specifically training records and qualifications. Other duties include: • Placement of advertisements both internally and externally – including placing advertisements onto websites. • Coordination and scheduling of selection process and interviews. • Coordinating telephone interviews for the Recruitment & HR Coordinator. • Invite and administer assessments for DISC assessments in recruitment and development. • Production of standard response letters to applicants. • Prepare and maintain HR files, ensuring they up to date and accurate at all times. • Update employee details on HR system, ensuring complete accuracy. • Upload and maintain the HR system with all relevant employee documentation, specifically training and qualification records • Populate the Company’s training matrix across all departments. • File all relevant and confidential correspondence and information, maintaining detailed and accurate Personnel Files on current and ex-employees. • Any other administration and typing as requested. Experience • Experience in administration, with a keen interest in Recruitment and/or HR. • Have a high level of attention to detail. • Proficient in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
